Our Role
We were appointed to manage a Property All Risks fire loss at a large commercial complex. The assignment involved investigating the cause of the incident, inspecting the affected areas, and assessing the extent of damage to the building, contents, and mechanical systems.
Our team carried out several site visits in coordination with the insured’s representatives, local authorities, and technical consultants. Based on the investigation, the fire was found to be accidental, originating from electrical components within one of the tenant units.
The work included evaluating fire, smoke, and water damage across multiple levels of the property, reviewing engineering and forensic reports, and assisting insurers in confirming findings and reserve positions.
This case illustrates our experience in handling complex Property All Risks fire losses, combining sound technical judgement with clear communication and practical cooperation between all parties involved.
